We provide profile screening, licensing advice, and documentation coordination. Sourcing services do not guarantee employer hiring or instant visa deployment.

3. Candidate Obligations

When submitting credentials and register applications:

• You must provide truthful, complete, and accurate descriptions of your education, work experience, licenses, and background.
• Providing fake certificates, incorrect dates, or false credentials will result in immediate disqualification and removal from our systems.
• You are responsible for paying any official licensing board fees (Dataflow, Prometric checks) required by destination countries.

4. Ethical Recruitment & Fees

We believe in ethical recruitment. We do not demand hidden charges or placement deposits from candidates to secure interviews. Our primary revenue comes from recruitment outsourcing contracts with overseas employers. Any candidate who suspects fraudulent fee demands in our name should report it to our official support email immediately.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to verify employer legitimacy, we are not liable for changes in overseas labor laws, changes in local visa rules, employer contract terminations, or candidate job performance post-placement. The ultimate hiring decision rests solely with the overseas employers.

6. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our portal or application services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
